RATES QUOTED are based on 1 bedroom for 2 persons and 2 bedrooms for 4 persons.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS and SMALL PETS (under 20 lbs) are charged at $50 per week per person/pet.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

Cleaning Fee: |
A $110 departure cleaning fee is added to listed rates.
Weekly housekeeping services are available at $50 per week.

| Tax: | 12% tax is added to the above rates.

Deposit: |
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $300 US per condo. If deposit is not received within 2 weeks from booking,
reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation: | Written notice must be received 45 days prior to arrival date, or deposit is forfeited. Requests received more than 45 days will be refunded, less
40% administration fee.

|
Late Arrivals: | Arrivals after office hours must be paid in advance prior to arrival.
|
|
